It’s time for us to start thinking about the Christmas Lights parade! The Christmas Lights parade is the Tuesday after Thanksgiving, so this year it is November 28. Typically this is a great experience for the girls to get together and enjoy team bonding and have fun at the biggest parade of the year

The last couple of years have been…rough to say the least when it comes to organizing and decorating our trailer. The gym needs to see how many parents can commit to bringing decorations and helping set up the trailer. Our cheer teams have been EXCELLENT with their trailers and I want us to match their quality! Their booster club organizes everything and they do a phenomenal job representing GSC at the parade.

We have a trailer at the gym for use
- we need someone who has a truck and is willing to drive us in the parade
- we need a generator to power the lights for the parade
- we need many parents to commit to bringing decorations and setting up decorations.

If we do not have enough interest shown in the next week or so about this, we will opt out and not participate this year. Joy needs the truck information and driver information by the end of next week to make sure we are registered.
